Management Library for Professionals – FreeLIB

We are excited to announce that we have updated the FreeLIB app – the Management Library for professionals. The app now includes information about Leancoin, in line with the fact that FreeLIB is powered by Leancoin. Additionally, within the app, you’ll find links to the Leancoin Ecosystem, and there is the added feature of supporting the platform through donations, also in Leancoin.

You can access the app via the following links:

At this moment, there are 160 published articles, case studies, videos, and columns on the FreeLIB app, covering a variety of topics, not limited to Lean Management. We currently have 45 contributing authors, and that number is increasing week by week.

The aim of FreeLIB – Management Library for Professionals – is to promote knowledge about management, as well as to support members of the Lean Community in building their personal brand. Active involvement in the Lean Community not only boosts the value of your personal brand but also offers opportunities to actively participate in business operations led by Lean Global Consulting.

FreeLIB is a library built on the principles of freedom of access and freedom of speech. It is open to anyone who wishes to publish independent content. FreeLIB is part of the Lean Community and is powered by Leancoin.

Meaning of personal brand

Building a personal brand is of crucial importance for several reasons. It allows you to showcase your expertise and knowledge in a specific field, thereby increasing your visibility and recognition within your professional community. Publishing on platforms like FreeLIB is a strategic move towards strengthening your personal brand. By sharing your insights, opinions, or experiences, you demonstrate thought leadership, which can increase your credibility and attract opportunities like collaborations, partnerships, or even job offers. It also contributes to the broader discourse in your field, fostering a sense of community and promoting a culture of shared learning and growth.
