About the webinar

The webinar titled “How to Prepare Useful Work Instructions” provided a comprehensive deep dive into the art and science of creating effective, clear, and actionable work instructions. Designed for professionals in the manufacturing sector, the session focused on aligning these instructions with the time-tested Training Within Industry (TWI) principles, which have been celebrated for their role in enhancing workforce training and operational productivity since 1941.

Participants were introduced to methods of simplifying complex tasks, ensuring that the procedures crafted are not only easily understandable but also immediately actionable. Furthermore, the webinar tackled the common challenges faced in developing work instructions within the manufacturing context. The inclusion of the etwi software demonstration, using the practical example of folding a t-shirt, provided a tangible, relatable example of the principles in action.

Led by experts Dr. Bartosz Misiurek and Kamil Muller, the session was interactive, offering participants the chance to engage in discussions, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter. For those seeking to elevate their operational efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure consistent quality in their manufacturing processes, this webinar served as an invaluable resource.
