Spotlight on Corporate Token
The last session of the conference, presented by Bartosz Misiurek, showcased the innovative concept of Corporate Token powered by Leancoin and built on the Solana blockchain. Three compelling photographs capturing significant moments from the conference will soon be shared to bring the event’s atmosphere closer to those who couldn’t attend.
Bartosz enlightened the audience on the potential of corporate tokens as revolutionary forms of bonuses and tools for building internal communities and ecosystems. He shed light on the integral role of blockchain technology in reinventing the approach to bonuses and fostering a dynamic community in manufacturing companies. The presentation highlighted how tokenization can invigorate the Kaizen program and the daily activities of employees and introduced the audience to the application of NFT technology in digitalizing vouchers and rewards—all under the secure and innovative umbrella of blockchain technology, supported by the Leancoin ecosystem (LEAN).
About the Speaker: Bartosz Misiurek
Bartosz is a seasoned Lean practitioner with over 17 years of experience. He currently serves as a TWI Global Coach in the Automotive industry, aiding in the implementation of standardized work across various continents. Since 2015, he has held the CEO position at Leantrix, one of Poland’s leading Lean consulting firms. In 2020, he embarked on the global Leancoin project based on blockchain technology, boasting a market capitalization of over $1M. Since 2022, he is the CEO of DoLeanIT, an Estonian startup specializing in IT solutions for the manufacturing industry.
