EVO oil (Extra Virgin Olive) is a store led by Eva Collini – a testing expert of wines and olives. She has participated in numerous tasting events and is taking part in a tasting course in Imperia. It was the reason to open Oleoteca, EVA’s EVO. The store is located in Italy and collaborates with wine and olive producers from the country. Oleoteca is also a main provider for a unique NFT collection of red wines for Lean Community, Lean Global Consulting and $LEAN brands.
